Our production sector is fully equipped with laboratory facilities which are updated time to time when necessary.
In the operation of the machines, several divisions apply the latest technology coming from Japan and Europe.
Yarn
For the production of yarn, we have Ring Spinning facilty with 119.360 spindles capable of producing 3.850 bales per month, open end 1.188 spindles.
Spun Fabrics
As with the spun fabric, we installed weaving machines as many as 198 looms of Air-Jet Loom type, capable of producing 1.600.000 yards of Greige per month. Other facilities include Bearn / Cheese Dyeing machines of various types. The final phase of this fabrics production covers a Gassingeing and Mercerizing machines which are able to reach the capacity of 2.500.000 yards of fabric per month.
Dyed
To produce Dyed Fabrics we also have all that it takes. Adetex is equipped with the necessary facilities to reach the capacity of 1.000.000 yards of fabric per month. Ten units of Jet Dyeing are able to reach the capacity of 900.000 per month. The finishing process involves 2 units of Steamer and Stenter, capable of producing 1.000.000 yards per month.
Printed
The involved facilities in the manufacturing of printed fabric are first off started with twisting machines. Adetex has 60 units of 2 for 1 twisting machines with 20.544 spindles.
These have enabled Adetex to reach 72.000 Kg of twisted fabrics per month. Another machinery of the same function is also installed, that is 158 units of Italy Twister with 31.600 spindles capable of producing 23.500 Kg of twisted fabrics per month. To continue the process, weaving, the company has 104 units of Water Jet Loom machines with capacity of 600.000 yards per month. Twelve units of manual and computer aided design (CAD) facilities are ready to accompany these process along the way. As many as 500 designs are crafted per month.
We use Rotary and Flat machines, which capable to reach the capacity of 1.000.000 yards per month. Finishing of printed fabric involves 2 units of Steamer and Stenter.
Agriculture
Located in Sumba/East Indonesia, 83.000 Acres for 23.000 bales annually covers 45% of Adetex Current consumption.
